FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
authorize the continuation of a pilot program granting
secured parties access to the state's computer system.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That section 2 of chapter 42 of the 1999 Session Laws be repealed.
