FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to allow certain municipal interfund loans.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. Upon approval by the governing body, any unrestricted cash in any municipal fund may be loaned to any other municipal fund.
