         FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  prohibit discrimination by health insurers against individuals who participate in certain activities.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That § 58-33-67 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SUBDIVISION to read as follows:
     Denying health care coverage subject to Title 58 to any person based solely on that person's casual or nonprofessional participation in the following activities: motorcycling, snowmobiling, or off-highway vehicle riding.
     Section  2.  That § 58-33-67 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SUBDIVISION to read as follows:
     Excluding medical benefits under health care coverage subject to Title 58 to any covered person based solely on that person's casual or nonprofessional participation in the following activities: motorcycling, snowmobiling, or off-highway vehicle riding.
