FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
provide for a report to the Legislature of a study of
certain laws pertaining to child custody and visitation.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section
1.
The committee established by Executive Order 2002-01 shall make
recommendations to the 2003 Legislature to change existing laws and create new laws that
improve the well-being of children during and after divorce proceeding.
