        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to continue the motorcycle safety education fee.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That section 2 of chapter 156 of the 2005 Session Laws be repealed.
    Section 2. That § 32-5-10.1 be repealed.
    Section 2. That section 3 of chapter 156 of the 2005 Session Laws be repealed.
    Section 3. The provisions of section 2 of this Act are effective July 1, 2010.
