FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
make an appropriation to reimburse certain school
districts for consolidation incentives.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of two hundred fifty- one thousand two hundred seventy-six dollars ($ 251,276 ), or so much thereof as may be necessary, to the Department of Education for the purpose of making the payments in accordance with § 13-6-92.
Section 2. The secretary of the Department of Education shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized by this Act.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
