FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
revise certain reversion provisions regarding an
appropriation to the South Dakota Energy Infrastructure Authority.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That section 3 of chapter 12 of the 2006 Session Laws be amended to read as follows:
Section 3. Any amount appropriated in this Act not lawfully expended or obligated by June 30,

, shall revert in accordance with

4-8-21.
