AN ACT
ENTITLED, An Act to
permit the Department of Health to provide an electronic report of marriages
upon request.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That chapter 34-25 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

Any electronic list of persons married in South Dakota may be released by the Department of
Health or the local registrar of deeds.
