FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
require that all state residents obtain health insurance,
to provide assistance to those who cannot afford health insurance, and to provide penalties
for those who can afford health insurance but do not have health insurance.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. This Act affects health insurance in this state.
