AN ACT
ENTITLED, An Act to
allow temporary contractual agreements between certain school districts to
exist for an additional year.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That section 2 of chapter 78 of the 2006 Session Laws be amended to read as follows:
