A LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATION,
Honoring Tyler Crissman of Sioux Falls as the 2006
South Dakota Young Male Referee of the Year.
WHEREAS,
Tyler was chosen the 2006 South Dakota Young Male Referee of the Year,
which is awarded by the South Dakota Soccer Association; and
WHEREAS,
Tyler Crissman, a sophomore at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, has been
refereeing soccer for three years, in addition to being a manager for both the Washington High
School boys' basketball and track teams; and
WHEREAS,
as a referee, Tyler has demonstrated desire, dependability, and knowledge of
the game to all of those within the soccer community:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT COMMEMORATED,
by the Eighty-second Legislature of the
State of South Dakota, that Tyler Crissman be commended for his excellence within the South
Dakota soccer community and congratulated for being chosen the 2006 South Dakota Young
Male Referee of the Year.
