FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
revise the definition for authorized emergency vehicles.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That subdivision (2) of § 32-14-1 be amended to read as follows:

Section 1. That subdivision (2) of § 32-14-1 be amended to read as follows:

"Authorized emergency vehicle," a vehicle of a fire department, a police vehicle,
and
an ambulance
and
or
emergency vehicle of a municipal department or public service
corporation that is designated or authorized by the department
, and an emergency
vehicle titled to a local organization for emergency management created pursuant to
chapter 33-15
