         FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  authorize a grant for the design and construction of an instructional classroom building, and to make an appropriation therefor.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section 1.  There is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of one million dollars ($ 1,000,000 ), or so much thereof as may be necessary, to the Board of Regents to provide a grant to the Capital University Center Foundation and Advisory Board for the construction, completion, furnishing, equipping, and maintaining of an instructional classroom building to be located in, or near, the city of Pierre, South Dakota.
     Section 2.  The executive director of the Board of Regents shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized by this Act.
     Section 3.  Any amounts appropriated in this Act not lawfully expended or obligated by June  30, 2009 , shall revert in accordance with the procedures prescribed in chapter 4-8.
