        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to restrict certain state purchases of gasoline to ethanol blends.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. Beginning January 1, 2013, any gasoline purchased in bulk by the state to be dispensed from state-operated fueling stations or fueling points for use in motor vehicles owned or leased by the state shall be an ethanol blend as defined in § 10-47B-3 or unleaded gasoline that is to be blended with ethyl alcohol to produce ethanol blend.
