FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
exempt certain dairies from the restrictions of the Family
Farm Act.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That chapter 47-9A be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:

The restrictions of
§
§
47-9A-1 and 47-9A-3 do not apply to agricultural lands acquired by
a corporation solely for the purpose of operating a dairy.
