FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
continue to appropriate funds to provide cochlear implants
to certain children.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That section 5 of chapter 246 of the 2005 Session Laws be repealed.
