ENTITLED, An Act to  remove a segment of State Highway 314 in Yankton County from the state trunk highway system.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section 1.  That § 31-4-232 be amended to read as follows:
     31-4-232.   The state trunk highway system includes the following in Yankton County:

     From a point on State Highway 50 southeast to the west right-of-way line near the intersection with West 11^th Street in Yankton.
