FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
repeal the restriction on the number of personnel to be
employed by the Office of the Attorney General's consumer complaint program.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 37-23-4.1 be repealed.
37-23-4.1.
The Office of the Attorney General, consumer complaint program, is limited to
four FTE's.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
