FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to
revise the discount medical plan organization's renewal
period requirements.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 58-17E-12 be amended to read as follows:
58-17E-12. Any registration is effective for one year, unless prior to its expiration the registration is renewed in accordance with this section or suspended or revoked in accordance with § 58-17E-14. At least

days before a registration expires, the discount
medical plan organization shall submit a renewal application form.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
