ENTITLED, An Act to  revise certain provisions relating to the recording and indexing of homestead descriptions.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section 1.  That § 43-31-8 be amended to read as follows:
     43-31-8.   The description of the homestead, certified and acknowledged by the owner, shall be recorded by the register of deeds of the proper county.
