FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to repeal the tree nursery reserve fund.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 41-22-4 be repealed.
41-22-4. There is hereby established the tree nursery reserve fund for the purpose of
depositing proceeds from any agreement entered into pursuant to this chapter. All funds
deposited in this fund shall be invested by the state investment officer. At the end of the lease
or lease-purchase agreement the balance of the fund shall revert to the state general fund.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 41-22-4 be repealed.
