FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to repeal certain outdated and obsolete provisions regarding
the compilation and publication of certain local government annual fiscal reports.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 6-9-3 be repealed.
6-9-3. It shall be the duty of the Department of Revenue to compile and publish in
convenient form, the reports as furnished to such department and to furnish to each county
auditor in the state a copy of the published report thereof, which copies shall be preserved as
permanent records by the county auditors of the respective counties.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 6-9-3 be repealed.
