FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to revise certain provisions regarding the annual conference
between county commissioners and the director of equalization.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 10-3-14 be amended to read:
10-3-14. The director of equalization shall meet the county commissioners at the office of the county commissioners on the firstTuesday meeting of April for conference in reference to
the performance of the director's duties.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
