FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to require legislative approval of certain land acquisitions
by the Department of Game, Fish and Parks.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That the code be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:

No land, except land acquisitions of forty acres or less, may be acquired by the Department
of Game, Fish and Parks by any means until the acquisition has been approved by the
Legislature.
