        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to prohibit the state from using federal funds for certain state highway maps.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That the code be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:
    The State of South Dakota may not accept or use any federal funds for the purposes of printing or distributing state highway maps for the traveling public.
