FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to repeal the requirement for farm corporations to file farm
annual reports with the secretary of state.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 47-9A-19 be repealed.
47-9A-19. Every corporation engaged in farming in this state shall, prior to the first day of
the second month following the anniversary month of the corporation of each year, file with the
secretary of state a report containing the information required in this chapter, based on its
operations in the preceding calendar year and its status at the end of such year.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 47-9A-19 be repealed.
