AN ACT
ENTITLED, An Act to allow for service by publication for certain paternity and child custody
actions.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 15-9-8 be amended to read:
15-9-8. The court may grant an order pursuant to § 15-9-7 in an action for divorce, a decree annulling a marriage, a child custody action, or an action to establish paternity.
