HB 1022	authorize the Department of Corrections to construct prison industries buildings at the South Dakota State Penitentiary, the Jameson Prison Annex, and the Mike Durfee State Prison, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
HB 1023	provide for abuse and neglect screening through the Department of Social Services central registry for certain Department of Corrections employees and volunteers and for employees and volunteers of certain adolescent treatment programs.
HB 1024	authorize the release of certain information about adult inmates and parolees to victims, the community, and governmental entities.
HB 1110	criminalize the delivery of certain contraband to juvenile detention facilities and to revise the definition of contraband with regard to certain correctional facilities.
HB 1182	limit inmate telephone charges.

SB 28	authorize South Dakota to participate in the revised Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision.
SB 29	provide that certain offenses are violent offenses for purposes of parole eligibility.
SB 30	allow parole violation and noncompliance hearings to be conducted through telephone conferencing or interactive video conferencing.
SB 105	provide for a comprehensive study by the Corrections Commission of inmate telephone services at Department of Corrections institutions.
SB 142	establish an ombudsman to represent youth offenders.
SB 157	require the Department of Corrections to seek accreditation by the American Correctional Association, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
SB 228	provide for DNA testing for certain inmates for the purposes of determining whether they may have been wrongfully convicted.
SB 250	provide that taking money or property from patients or inmates by certain institution employees constitutes theft.
