SB 51	provide for the distribution of certain funds from the special revolving fund and the South Dakota-bred racing fund to promote South Dakota horse racing, to transfer funds from the special racing revolving fund and the South Dakota-bred racing fund to the Department of Social Services for domestic and sexual abuse shelter programs, and to make an appropriation therefor.
SB 52	repeal an annual appropriation from the children’s trust fund and to repeal a statute that terminates an additional charge for birth records that is deposited in the fund.
SB 53	revise certain provisions regarding the reunification of an abused or neglected child with a parent and the subsequent termination of parental rights.
SB 92	provide for the care of certain abandoned children and for the termination of parental rights.
SB 245	implement certain amendments to Article XII of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota regarding trust funds.
