HB 1218	require certain lessors of residential property to disclose that the lessor or any person employed at the residential property is a registered sex offender.
HB 1219	prohibit sex offenders from entering certain school buildings or premises, to provide for waivers issued by school boards under certain circumstances, and to provide penalties for violations thereof.
HB 1254	establish the elements of the crime of masturbating or ejaculating in the presence of a child and to provide a penalty therefor.
