SB 6	authorize a loan from the South Dakota housing infrastructure fund to a school district adjoining a federal military installation for the construction or expansion of a school building.
SB 16	set aside certain contractor's excise tax collections relating to the Ellsworth Air Force Base, to create a fund for the collections, and to provide an appropriation therefor.
