Rule 12:10:01:12 Registration fee.

          12:10:01:12.  Registration fee. A brand registration fee of $50 is required for each location of the brand on each species of livestock.

Rule 12:10:01:13 Renewal fee.

          12:10:01:13.  Renewal fee. A fee of $18 is required for each year a brand is renewed. This section applies to new brand registrations renewed to the end of the current 5-year renewal period and to those brands which are subject to renewal for the next 5-year renewal period.

          12:10:01:15.  Duplicate certificate fee. A fee of $20 is required for each duplicate of a brand registration certificate.

          12:10:01:16.  Brand registration application fee. A fee of $40 is required for each brand application filed for cattle, horse, buffalo, or sheep brands.
