1:15:01:01.  Meaning of terms. The terms used in this article mean:

          (1)  "Board," the rural development telecommunications network board of directors;

          (2)  "Director," the executive director of the office of rural development telecommunications network;

          (3)  "Network," the system of phone lines and satellite equipment used by the rural development telecommunications network;

          (4)  "RDTN," the office of rural development telecommunications network.
