2:02:03:06.  Specific agencies authorized access to registry information. Pursuant to SDCL 23-6-14, and without being limited to the following, the director specifically authorizes access to information in the state registry to the following, for official purposes:

          (1)  The Governor of the state of South Dakota;

          (2)  Criminal justice agencies for the administration of criminal justice;

          (3)  Criminal justice agencies for the purpose of criminal justice agency employment;

          (4)  Federal agencies where required by federal statute or federal executive order for security clearance, employment or international travel;

          (5)  Pursuant to court orders.
