12:26:11:01.  Egg products to be used as animal food. Eggs found unfit for human consumption to be used as animal food shall be denatured by adding one of the following products:

          (1)  Meat or bone meal or fish meal;

          (2)  Harmless green, blue, or black dye;

          (3)  Powdered charcoal.
