For all licenses and permits required under SDCL chapter 36-15, an application must be made on the appropriate form, be complete, legible and accompanied by the appropriate application fee. By submitting an application, an applicant certifies, under penalty of perjury, that the information submitted by the applicant is true and correct. An applicant may be required to clarify, expand, or provide additional information as needed to fully evaluate the application. All applications shall be sent to the office of the commission.
