41:05:02:07.  Brule County refuges. The Jorgenson State Game Refuge in Brule County comprises that portion of the northwest quarter lying south of the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railroad Company right-of-way in section 26, township 104 north, range 70 west of the fifth principal meridian.
