41:10:02:06.  Threatened fish. The following fish are classified as threatened in the state:

          (1)  Sturgeon chub, Macrhybopsis gelida;

          (2)  Northern redbelly dace, Chrosomus eos;

          (3)  Longnose sucker, Catostomus catostomus;

          (4)  Northern pearl dace, Margariscus nachtriebi.
