48:03:02:07.  Hearing on suspension or revocation of license and imposition of civil fines. A notice and hearing regarding suspension or revocation of a license or violations of SDCL 42-7A and this article shall be conducted by the commission in accordance with the contested case provisions of SDCL 1-26.
