74:57:01:05.  Triennial inspections. The secretary shall conduct inspections of all concentrated animal feeding operations required to operate under a general or individual water pollution control permit under SDCL chapter 34A-2 at least one time every three years of operation. The secretary shall inspect new animal feeding operations within the first 18 months of operation.
