5:02:08:22.  Form of petition to increase or decrease number of members of school board. The petition to increase or decrease the number of school board members shall be in the following form:

PETITION FOR CHANGE IN NUMBER OF SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS

          WE, THE UNDERSIGNED qualified voters of _____________________ School District No. ________, petition that the number of school board members be (increased, decreased) to    (number of board members)     and that the proposal be submitted to the voters of the _____________ School District No. ________ for their approval or rejection pursuant to SDCL 13-8-3 and 13-8-4.

          The balance of this petition form is prescribed in §  5:02:08:00.03.
