44:73:07:03. Nutritional adequacy. The dietetic service of the facility shall prepare food that is nutritionally adequate in accordance with the Recommended Dietary Allowances and is chosen from each of the five basic food groups listed in the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2020-2025, in accordance with consideration for individual needs and reasonable preferences.
