A LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATION, Recognizing and commending Senior Airman
Benjamin Broussard on being selected Airman of the Year of the 28th Bomb Wing at
Ellsworth Air Force Base.
WHEREAS, Senior Airman Benjamin Broussard led missile systems analysis and served
as a targeting analyst, instructing two squadrons on enemy tactics; and
WHEREAS, this flawless execution of instruction bolstered the effectiveness of the 28th
Bomb Wing mission to provide airpower anytime, anywhere; and
WHEREAS, Senior Airman Broussard's distinctive accomplishments reflect credit upon
himself, the United States Air Force, and the State of South Dakota:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT COMMEMORATED, by the Ninety-Fourth Legislature of the
State of South Dakota, that the Legislature commends Senior Airman Benjamin Broussard on
being selected Airman of the Year of the 28th Bomb Wing at Ellsworth Air Force Base.
