A LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATION, Recognizing and commending Senior Airman Dyllon
Schwartz for being selected as the Honor Guard Member of the Year.
WHEREAS, Senior Airman Dyllon Schwartz organized a joint branch Color Guard and trained
three United States Army and Marine Corps members; and
WHEREAS, this remarkable training was fulfilled in sixteen hours, honored twelve wounded
warriors, and had an outstanding attendance of over ten thousand people; and
WHEREAS, this exceptional work fuels the effectiveness of the 28th Bomb Wing Mission to
provide airpower anytime, anywhere:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT COMMEMORATED, by the Ninety-Fourth Legislature of the State
of South Dakota, that the Legislature commends Senior Airman Dyllon Schwartz for being selected
as the Honor Guard Member of the Year of the 28th Bomb Wing at Ellsworth Air Force Base.
