An Act to prohibit vehicle dealers from purchasing vehicles at public auctions.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:

Section 1. That chapter 32-6B be amended with a NEW SECTION:

A vehicle dealer, as defined in subdivision 32-6B-1(29), is prohibited from purchasing any new or used vehicles sold at a state public auction.
