FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to accommodate legislation to revise certain provisions
regarding tax collection agreements with Indian tribes.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. In case a title revising the tax collection agreements with Indian tribes is needed to accommodate the legislative process, this bill is being introduced to accommodate that purpose.
