FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to designate the accordion as the official state musical
instrument.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 1-6-16.3 be amended to read:
1-6-16.3. Thefiddle accordion is hereby designated as the official state musical instrument
of the State of South Dakota.
