FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to revise certain provisions regarding microbreweries.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 35-15-7 be amended to read:
35-15-7. A licensed microbrewery may operate up to five additional locations in this state by obtaining additional licenses of the same class pursuant to this chapter. The quantity of alcoholic beverages produced under the original license and any additional licenses combined may not exceed the total production limits for the license as specified in§ 35-15-1 subdivision
35-15-1(2). Any additional license issued pursuant to this section has the privileges of the
original license as specified in §§ 35-15-5 and 35-15-6, regardless of whether the licensed
microbrewery produces alcoholic beverages at the additional location.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 35-15-7 be amended to read:
