        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to revise the composition of the South Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That § 36-26-3 be amended to read:
    36-26-3. The South Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners, consists of seven members, two of whom shall be lay members, three four of whom shall be certified social workers licensed under the provisions of this chapter to engage in private independent practice, two and one of whom shall be a social worker professionals professional licensed under the provisions of this chapter each with a minimum of two years practice in the State of South Dakota who has practiced in the state for at least two years. The Governor shall appoint all of the members.
