FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to provide for the disposition of South Dakota Building Authority refinancing revenues for the Board of Regents.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That chapter 5-12 be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:

    Notwithstanding the provisions of § 5-12-23, for any project described in this chapter involving an institution under the control of the Board of Regents that the Legislature has appropriated funds for the payment of lease rentals with respect to the project, any nonstate revenues, or the pro rata share of the nonstate revenues if the project is jointly funded with state and nonstate revenues, received by the authority, other than from the appropriation, shall be assigned to and deposited in the fund corresponding with the nonstate revenue source, as directed by the Board of Regents.
